Lori Vidlak has been named the Director of Weatherization at Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counties, formerly Lincoln Action Program. Vidlak will be responsible for the management of the agency’s Weatherization Assistance Program, which is designed to help low-income individuals and families control their energy costs through the installation of weatherization materials.

Vidlak comes to Community Action with over 10 years of experience running her own consulting business specializing in organizational development and project management for public and private nonprofit agencies across Nebraska.

Vidlak has generously shared her talents and leadership with the Lincoln community, serving on numerous task forces and boards of directors. She has previously served on the Lincoln/Lancaster County Women’s Commission and on the boards of Community Development Resources and the Lincoln Arts Council.
