Ken Inness of Skyline Homes, Inc. was named the 2010 recipient of the Dan Peterson Affordable Housing Award. Given in memory of their son, Bob and Joan Peterson presented the award to Inness at the Home Builders Association of Lincoln’s annual installation and awards banquet January 17, 2011.
Inness has taken on the challenge of incorporating green build techniques into Lincoln’s older neighborhoods. The result is new opportunities for families with lower to moderate incomes to own truly energy efficient, 5 star homes.
