Renovation, Relocation Complete for Ironhide Construction’s New Headquarters

Ironhide Construction (www.ironhideconstruction.com) is excited to announce that construction is complete on its brand new office at 3301 S. 7th Street in Lincoln. The company made the transition in May, relocating to the property that’s just two blocks away from its former office, and is now fully up and running in the new space. Now with over 5,000 square feet, more than doubling in size, the new office can better accommodate current operations and future growth.

With the desire to stay in the same area of town, Ironhide Construction purchased a property in an ideal location, but with an older building on-site that would require major renovations to be functional. That being one of Ironhide’s specialties, the company made the decision to completely modify the existing building to suit its needs. It was thoughtfully designed to incorporate Ironhide’s signature aesthetic and use of preferred materials, and with green building compliance standards in mind. The exterior was updated with insulated metal wall panels to be more energy efficient and improve the appearance of its façade, with energy efficiency also extending to the interior features with updated LED lighting and HVAC system. There are also recycled and repurposed materials throughout the office that add plenty of character, from the carpet to the front desk.

An open house was held on June 15 to celebrate, which included an official ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by representatives of the Lincoln Independent Business Association.
