Ordering off the menu at Stauffer’s Cafe & Pie Shoppe (staufferscafe.com) is always a treat as they offer so many classic favorites. Attendees at last month’s Friends4Lunch networking enjoyed dishes such as the cinnamon raisin French toast—yes, they serve breakfast all day—club sandwich, patty melt, pork tenderloin, and many of us were in the burger mood! They also had some good soup of the day options. The cheesy potato soup was delicious! Pretty much everything is made from scratch. We were seated in the back private room which is a great space for small groups or organizations to get together. It was a fun time to come together to network and strengthen current relationships while also forming new ones. Plus, we love giving people the opportunity to support the local restaurant industry.

From fajitas to flautas, the Cactus lunch and dinner menus have a mouth-watering array of options for even the choosiest diner. Friends4Lunch attendees will have access to the full menu, with selections of taco platters, signature tacos, giant burritos, saucy enchiladas, salads and bowls, and much more. Items on the lunch menu range in price from about $8 to $14.
Plus, it’s Friday! That means it’s totally acceptable to order yourself a margarita or whatever refreshing beverage suits your fancy. Cactus has delicious cocktails and sharable pitchers!
