The Organization’s 1st Monday meeting brings together business owners and professionals focused on growth, performance, and strategic relationships — and this April we have two outstanding speakers: Christina Krivolavek and Troy Goetsch.

Christina Krivolavek is a co-founder and owner of Elite Referral Network Nebraska and The Community LNK, and the owner of A Million Ideas, an Etsy store with over 3,300 sales and hundreds of five-star reviews. Christina’s passion is helping business owners find the words and strategies to communicate their ideas clearly, share their work confidently, and grow their businesses with purpose. Her approach is rooted in a lifelong love of creativity and a deep understanding of what it takes to turn a good idea into a thriving business.

Troy Goetsch is a physical therapist, coach, and movement strategist, and the founder of Drive. With a background in sports and orthopedic physical therapy, fitness training, and coaching, Troy delivers concierge-style, individualized care for active people of all ages. Whether working with someone managing pain, rebuilding mobility, or simply wanting to move and live better, Troy’s approach centers on understanding the whole person and building a plan for lasting strength, confidence, and resilience.
