Sarah Lively will focus on the Five Tools of Mindful Resilience: Breathing, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest and Gratitude. This evidence-informed practice has been proven to relieve the impact of PTSD.
Our veterans and military families are our community’s best assets. These yoga classes provide free access to a practice that supports our military and medical heroes becoming leaders in their own lives, both personal and professional. Join us for an hour of building mindful resilience!
