Guests can expect an amazing meal of five courses paired with excellent wines. The first course consists of a grilled lobster salad and chardonnay. The second course is scallop and mole paired with sauvignon blanc. The third course is thyme brined duck and merlot. The fourth course is chicory shortrib paired with cabernet sauvignon. Lastly, the fifth course contains blueberry granite and zinfandel.
