Talent Plus partnered with Bright Lights Engineering Career Day Camp this summer, administering a student Talent Assessment identifying each student’s individual talents to help guide them with future educational and career choices. All thirty students completed the assessment on the first day of camp and were presented with their results on the last day. This assessment supports both Talent Plus and Bright Light’s philosophy that when talent is cast in the right position and developed long term, the impact is far-reaching.
Bright Lights Classes are designed to promote hands-on learning and help students discover potential career paths. In addition to Engineering Camp, other camps that are periodically offered are Architecture, Medical and TV Journalism. Bright Lights teachers take learning beyond the traditional classroom and give children time to actively experiment, engage, and explore.
