The College View Neighborhood Association is pleased to announce their annual “Celebrate College View” event will be held on September 29th from 1-5 p.m. Last year, over 1000 people were in attendance to help celebrate the unique College View neighborhood and its flourishing businesses and community. This event will feature the “Show and Shine” car show hosted by the Rebels Car Club, and a three block area on 48th street from Bancroft to Prescott streets will be closed in order to accommodate both the vehicles and spectators. This family-friendly event will also offer live music, food, local food and vendor booths, prize drawings, and plenty of games and activities for all ages. There will be a historic walking tour to conclude the celebration.
