The University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Business Administration
will host its third Executive Power Lunch on Wednesday, January 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Nebraska Champions Club, 707 Stadium Drive. Dr. Ron Hampton, director of executive education, will discuss the concept of “WOW Customer Service: Leading to Sales Growth.” Hampton was formerly the chair of the CBA marketing department and specializes in international marketing, marketing leadership and marketing management. He is an experienced researcher and has published in various journals including, the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Retailing, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and other in the areas of research methods, retailing, spirituality in the marketplace and human trafficking.
