a new restaurant in southeast Lincoln with a fresh, distinctive take on Asian fusion, celebrated its grand opening with a Lincoln Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting event held on January 23rd.
Ginger is the first restaurant concept of its kind in the area, offering a unique dining experience that includes a Mongolian grill, a sushi bar, and a relaxing lounge for guests to enjoy. In addition, Ginger’s menu offers a robust selection of pan-Asian cuisine that combines the flavors of the east with the influence of the west. Officially opened on January 7, the new $3 million restaurant is owned by Steve and Yvette Cordell of Omaha, Chuck Hill of Gretna and Joey Lin, Ginger’s sushi chef who recently moved to Lincoln from New York City.
Ginger not only combines different flavors, but also fuses casual with upscale for a modern yet comfortable atmosphere. With great lunch specials, a business happy hour, and excellent service to top it off, Ginger is a place where you can relax and enjoy authentic, fresh cuisine with good company.
