JMSK Corporation
, a new Real Estate Education and Development company, has announced they began operations in May. JMSK provides two distinctly different functions: they provide classes in both classroom and online settings, or a combination of the two delivery systems, and assist others in placing their course on JMSK’s online platform while allowing the author who penned the course to remain the owner of the content. JMSK Corp. will also assist those who cannot afford to place a course online or do not have the know-how. Their Subject Matter Expert (SME) has in excess of 32 years of experience and over 17 years in providing online courses. Additionally, JMSK is not limited to real estate–they will work with any author on the subject they know best.
In June 2011 at a Real Estate Education Association (REEA) national convention, a speaker for Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARRELO) the national accrediting agency for online seminars suggested on the national average, going from ground zero and building an online course costs approximately $16,000 per credit hour. This prohibits many good courses from going online and if the writer does go online they must relinquish ownership and pay up to 60% of the income collected. JMSK Corp is going to change that.
