Lund-Ross Constructors started two new construction projects in Lincoln, Neb., as the construction firm expands into the capital city.  On the south side of town, Lund-Ross is building a new branch bank facility for Exchange Bank. The 7,100-square-foot building was designed by DLR Group and is being built in the commercial area of The Preserve at Antelope Creek.  The $1.9-million project marks Exchange Bank’s first Lincoln location. Lund-Ross started construction in mid-September and is scheduled to complete the project in spring 2014.

Additionally, Lund-Ross began an exterior renovation of Varner Hall on the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL) campus over the summer. Varner Hall houses the University of Nebraska Administrative Offices, including those for the president and the Board of Regents.  The $333,600-renovation is scheduled to be completed by the end of the Fall 2013 semester.  Lund-Ross is also wrapping up work on the $7.1-million addition to the Ken Morrison Life Sciences Research Center on the UNL campus.  The 26,000-square-foot laboratory addition was built on the north side of the Morrison Center. The addition houses seven new state-of-the-art research laboratories, lab support facilities, offices, and seminar space.

Lund-Ross Constructors was founded in Omaha in 1987 and is an award-winning general contractor with annual revenues between $40 and $45 million. Lund-Ross
