Modern Woodmen of America (MWA)
hosted a Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on August 28th to celebrate their new location at 5539 S. 27th Street, Suite 204. MWA has been in Lincoln since the early 1920’s, and relocated from their former office at 701 P Street, Suite 302.
As a tax-exempt fraternal benefit society, Modern Woodmen of America sells life insurance, annuity and investment products not to benefit stockholders but to improve the quality of life of its stakeholders—members, their families and their communities. Modern Woodmen provides more than quality financial products, they also give back to the community every day. Last year residents and community organizations in southern Nebraska received $290,459.54 in fraternal assistance from Modern Woodmen of America. While its founding mission has remained, Modern Woodmen’s products and services have changed to meet the changing needs of today’s families.
