Steen Lundberg and Jody Strauch Lundberg are pleased to announce they recently opened Outside of the Box at 366 N. 48th Street in the old Armstrong Furniture building. After living in Denver and working in the high end historic home restoration business for the last twelve years, they decided to move back to Lincoln for family reasons and have now opened a new business concept in Lincoln.
Outside of the Box is a retail store of new and reclaimed home improvement products at very affordable pricing. They offer high end products such as designer lighting, faucets for bath and kitchen, reclaimed kitchen cabinets, incredible sinks, marble and granite stones and countertops, beautiful tiles and accent pieces for backsplashes in kitchen and bathrooms and many other unique interior and exterior pieces.
Steen and Jody have restored multi-million dollars homes in Capital Hill in Denver and most recently completed an extensive restoration of a historic home in the Lincoln Country Club neighborhood. Over the last 13 years, they have owned and maintained one of Lincoln’s historic landmarks, 1845 D Street, “the Historic Castle”.
Out of the Box is open Monday-Friday from 9:30 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays form 9 am to 3 pm.
