The new PepperJax Grill at 27th & Pine Lake in Lincoln is now open. The new restaurant located at 2801 Pine Lake Rd., Suite S in the South Ridge Village Retail Center officially opened for business to the public on Wednesday, November 16th. PepperJax Grill is known for its award winning made fresh to order Famous Phillies, Gourmet Rice Bowls, Giant Wraps, and Fresh Salads.
The Nebraska-based quick casual restaurant chain, PepperJax Grill, was founded by Gary and Linda Rohwer. Lincoln residents may remember the old Chartroose Caboose which was also developed by the Rohwers.
PepperJax Grill currently operates seven restaurants in the Omaha area and also has restaurants in Lawrence and Overland Park, Kansas. More Lincoln locations are being planned for the future.
