Phat Jack’s BBQ is a locally owned, family business that smokes their product every day using fresh choice beef, top grade pork and chick and pork baby back ribs as they believe they are the best. They use only the freshest items available in their side dishes and never use frozen products. They are creative when it comes to catering and in addition, they are a competitive BBQ team and were proud to finish 24th in 2011 out of 7500 teams in the country.
