The Legacy Retirement Communities
is very proud to announce that their Legacy memory care community “The Arbors” has received the best survey result possible: a zero deficiency state survey for 2013! Assisted Living communities across Nebraska are licensed and regulated by the Department of Health and Human Services, who help to ensure that all facilities comply with the regulations through routine on site “surveys” or audits of the daily operations. During a survey, officials accompany staff to observe their interactions with residents, the meal process, activities engagement, review medical records, employee records and medication passes, in order to ensure there are enough staff to deliver quality services to all residents. After their comprehensive review, the DHHS team was happy to share the fact that they found no deficient practices at The Arbors.
