High Plains Alzheimer’s Special Care Center
recently hosted an LCOC ribbon cutting ceremony on October 30th to celebrate their Grand Opening. As a Memory Care facility, their philosophy of care is focused on the knowledge that to provide the care and support each resident needs, they must know and understand dementia and the ever changing impact it has on that person’s ability to understand their world. Their distinctive dementia care program, Meaningful Moments, is designed to honor the person while addressing their unique needs throughout the aging experience.
