Apace (goapace.com) hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house at its new Day Center in Falls City on Thursday, May 29, marking an exciting milestone for the organization. Approximately 50 community members attended to tour the facility and learn more about Apace’s commitment to providing opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live, work and thrive in their communities.

The Falls City Day Center, currently supporting eight individuals, is part of Apace’s ongoing mission to provide services to rural communities. The center offers a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants can engage in meaningful activities, build skills, and form connections.

“We are thrilled by the community’s support and enthusiasm,” said Matt Kasik, chief executive officer. “This center represents a significant step forward in ensuring that individuals with disabilities in Falls City and surrounding areas have access to the resources and support they need to achieve their goals.”

Apace looks forward to continuing its work in Falls City and fostering inclusive opportunities for all.
