The Arts for the Soul Music & Fine Arts Series is pleased to announce the second concert of the 2012-13 season with Sing from the Heart on Sunday, November 11, 7:30 p.m., at First Presbyterian Church, 840 S. 17th Street, Lincoln, NE.
Featuring the First Presbyterian Choir with conductor Dr. Brian Pfoltner and pianist Dr. Charles Ore, this popular dessert concert and charity fundraiser is taking place on Veteran’s Day, so this year it will feature patriotic music as well as music from the era of the 1940s big bands. This year they will be taking a freewill offering for Voices of Hope of Lincoln, formerly the Rape/Spouse Abuse Crisis Center.
