The Sustainability Task Force of Assurity Life Insurance Company will give a presentation on the formation, development and evolution of their green team on Wednesday, April 10th at their headquarters located at 2000 Q Street in Lincoln. Started in 2009, Green Team Roundtables are peer-to-peer networking meetings organized by WasteCap Nebraska
for business owners, managers, green team members and individuals interested in developing their knowledge in sustainable business practices. This event will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and includes a zero-waste lunch. The cost to attend the presentation is $10, or $8 for WasteCap Nebraska members. Pre-registration and payment must be made by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5th.
