Did you know…the tuition for a Bright Lights
class covers only 55 percent of the actual program cost for a student to participate in one class or day camp? Bright Lights staff and volunteers work year-round to generate funding to pay for the remaining cost of more than 2,400 class and day camp openings offered each summer.
Bright Lights Tuition Option Pricing (TOP) program is an easy way to help when registering for classes and day camps beginning April 1 at noon. The TOP program gives families the opportunity to help close the gap between the actual cost of $193 per half-day class and the tuition charge of $115. Bright Lights realizes families have different abilities to pay for quality summer learning. Some families apply for need-based scholarship assistance to attend Bright Lights, while others may have an extra $30 or more to support their student’s tuition. This extra TOP contribution helps cover program costs associated with classroom supplies, classroom rentals, teacher salaries, background checks, health & safety and much more.
TOP is completely voluntary. By giving a little extra at registration time, our families and the community can help Bright Lights continue to provide quality, hands-on summer learning opportunities. Learn. Give. Imagine. For more information about Bright Lights
