HopeSpoke Wins $25K Makeover, Receives Holiday Support from Community

HopeSpoke (the new Child Guidance Center; www.hopespoke.org) is grateful for the support they received from the community over the holidays. The organization is especially thankful to All Makes and many supporters who voted them the winner of a $25,000 makeover of new furnishings!

In addition, HopeSpoke received donations from Lincoln Center Kiwanis and Lincoln Sysco for their Extended Day Treatment Program, which allowed them to treat 75 children and family members to a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. HopeSpoke also had great community support in the purchasing of new winter coats and clothing for the boys at the Therapeutic Group Home, and many of HopeSpoke clients received gifts thanks to KFOR and the National Guard through Operation Santa Claus!

These are only a few examples of the great support the organization has received from the Lincoln community. A special thank you goes to the HopeSpoke Board of Directors, along with their friends and family, for all of the wonderful gifts that were donated to ensure that the boys had their best Christmas ever.

HopeSpoke inspires healthy futures for children and families through comprehensive behavioral and mental health services. “We are so grateful to the generous support of many in the Lincoln community over the past few months,” shared Katie McLeese Stephenson, executive director.
