JA Seeking Spring Classroom Volunteers

Junior Achievement (JA) (www.jalincoln.org) needs volunteers this spring! There are nearly 200 teachers requesting JA assistance in the months of April and May who are still in need of a classroom volunteer. As a JA volunteer, you will teach five 30-45 minute lessons in the classroom. Volunteers will be provided with all of the materials needed to teach the JA lessons, and a step-by-step guidebook that will walk them through exactly what to say and do in the classroom. Volunteers and teachers work together to mutually arrange the required number of sessions, taking into account the classroom schedule and volunteer’s work schedule.

Junior Achievement volunteers go into K-12 classrooms and not only teach the JA lessons, but share their real-world experiences to create impactful learning experiences for the students.
