Lincoln Community Foundation Grants More Than $1.5 Million
Thanks to the foresight of generous donors, Lincoln Community Foundation (LCF) made grants in November of nearly $1,030,000 for 157 different organizations. These grants came from designated funds that were created by donors to support the programs and operations of their favorite non-profits and houses of worship. These endowed funds provide annual financial support to the organizations specified by the donors, helping the community and the non-profits grow and thrive forever.
Additionally, $628,000 was granted to 36 local organizations in 2018. These grants for operations and programs are made possible by contributions from the Lincoln Forever Fund and from LCF donor endowment funds.
LCF is currently providing a 10% match on donations to an existing endowment or new endowments of $10,000. Details can be found at www.LincolnForever.org.
