Diane M. Wilson has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the Nebraska Community Foundation. She has served as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer since joining the Foundation in 2006. Wilson will coordinate the work of the affiliated fund development, donor development, accounting and operations teams and focus on the ability of the Foundation to deliver on its strategic goals.

Wilson has more than 25 years of experience in finance and tax, and advised tax-exempt organizations throughout her career prior to joining the Nebraska Community Foundation.

NCF also named Greta Leach and Karl Shaddock as affiliated fund development coordinators for eastern and southwestern Nebraska respectively. Leach previously directed fundraising and development programs in Denver, Colorado. Shaddock recently served as a community coordinator and program manager with the Telluride Foundation.

The Nebraska Community Foundation provides training and financial management to 221 affiliated funds across the state and has reinvested more than $97 million in Nebraska communities in the last five years.
