Safe Quarters Save Lives on October 9

Please open your doors and your pockets on Sunday, October 9th to Friendship Home’s Safe Quarters (www.friendshiphome.org) volunteers. With the goal of knocking on the door of every household in Lincoln, these dedicated volunteers will be armed with collection buckets and information about the devastating impact domestic violence has on its victims and on the community.

Safe Quarters is Friendship Home’s largest fundraiser, the goal being to collect $100,000 this year. Funds collected provide a safe, confidential home, crisis services and ongoing support for survivors and their children.

When you open your door on October 9th, you ensure Friendship Home’s doors remain open to families escaping domestic violence. Your gift, big or small, will help save and change lives. Please give generously.
