For businesses, this means that by helping young people create a vision for their future, the organization is also helping create productive members of our community and contributing to a better educated and trained community workforce.
The TeamMates Mentoring Program of Lincoln is a school-based mentoring program with the mission to positively impact the world by inspiring youth to reach their full potential. Mentors are volunteers from the community that spend one hour, once a week during the school year building a relationship with a student. TeamMates also enjoys many partnerships within the local business community and welcomes new involvement.
