The YWCA Lincoln is seeking nominations from the public for its MENtors Award. The MENtors Award was developed to recognize men in Lincoln who empower women and/or minorities. The award recipient does this by assuring opportunities for women and minorities to participate fully and succeed in our community.
Nominations are due June 15, 2012. Applications can be found by emailing mmorales@ywcalincoln.org.
Up to three MENtors Award winners will be chosen from the nominations. All nominees will be honored at the MENtors and Allies Event on Thursday, July 12th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Zen’s Lounge. Three Allies Awards will also be given to active YWCA Lincoln volunteers.
