Good Life Fitness is excited to announce the addition of three new staff members Alyssa Vierregger, Ben Samani, and Ben Weyers. Alyssa Vierregger is the newest nutritionist, and her specialties include sports nutrition and food allergies. As a former collegiate track runner, she understands the requirements of good nutrition for top performance. Ben Samani is the newest personal trainer on staff, and his specialties include sports-specific training, injury prevention, and body transformation. Ben Weyers is not new to the staff but has been promoted to personal trainer. Ben is a former collegiate football player, and is currently in the Army as a chief warrant officer in addition to his job at Good Life Fitness. He has experience in sports-specific training and body transformation, as well as being a top-level finisher in the Warrior Dash and has recently qualified for the World Tough Mudder.
