Immanuel is proud to announce that Tammy Sealer has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and Andrew Fisher to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Sealer has over 22 years of experience in senior services administration including development and project management.  She has served as a member of the senior leadership team at Immanuel for over 15 years.  Sealer is currently a member of the Nebraska Healthcare Association and LeadingAge Nebraska.  As Sr. V.P. and CAO, Sealer will oversee all aspects of development, compliance and human resources for the Immanuel organization.

Fisher’s strong leadership background includes 14 years in the U.S. Army Reserve and 17 years at an executive level in the senior services industry.  He has served as a member of the senior leadership team at Immanuel for nearly two years.  Fisher is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has served on various community boards and is a member of LeadingAge and an Alumni Member of Leadership Iowa.  In Fisher’s new role as Sr. V.P. and COO, he will oversee all operations and healthcare services and for the organization.
