Mark Schultz joined Immanuel Communities (www.immanuelcommunities.com) , in March of 2015, assuming the role of senior vice president and chief financial officer. Schultz has over 25 years of experience as a mortgage banker in southern California with financial institutions including Citicorp, GE Capital and Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage and as a CFO with real estate developers.

Recently Schultz’s focus has been in real estate investment and development specializing in affordable multi-family housing. Schultz has a BA in accounting from the University of Iowa, an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and is a CPA.
