The law firm of Brooks, Pansing Brooks, PC, LLO is pleased to announce that Katherine S. Vogel has joined the firm as an associate attorney practicing in the areas of telecommunications and technology, administrative law, corporate and business transactions, estate planning and probate, contracts and real estate.  Ms. Vogel also currently teaches legal research and writing as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Prior to joining Brooks, Pansing Brooks, PC, LLO, Ms. Vogel was an associate attorney for Knudsen Berkheimer Richardson & Endacott, LLP, practicing in the area of civil litigation.  Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Vogel served as a judicial clerk for Justice William Connolly of the Nebraska Supreme Court.

Ms. Vogel is a 2008 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law where she was a member of the Nebraska Law Review. Her law review Case Note on the Indian Child Welfare Act was published in the Nebraska Law Review.   She received a 2008 National Burton Award for Excellence in Legal Writing for that article.  Ms. Vogel is also a member of the National Order of the Coif, a legal honorary society.
