He will be providing structured problem management and resolution planning, as well as client consultation. Sommerer has several years of experience in the managed services industry, and previously worked at major companies in several different industries, including Horseshoe Casino, First Data and Union Pacific Railroad. Kody attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha where he received a bachelor’s degree in management information systems in 2006 and a master’s degree in 2009.
