Hynek is a graduate of the University of Nebraska (B.S., with highest distinction, 2004) and the University of Nebraska College of Law (J.D., with high distinction, 2007). Her practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning and probate. She is an experienced speaker, and regularly presents on her chosen practice areas.
