After 12 years of dedicated service as Office Manager, Stacie Giesler has taken on a new role as HR/Office Manager at The Bridge Behavioral Health (thebridgenebraska.org), beginning in May 2025. This move reflects both her professional growth and her deep commitment to the organization’s mission.
“This place has been a second home to me,” Stacie shared. “I’ve grown so much here personally and professionally and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing in a place that means so much to me.”
Since joining The Bridge over a decade ago, Stacie has served as the welcoming face for clients seeking recovery. Her role has been integral to helping individuals take the first step toward healing, offering compassion and calm in a pivotal moment.
“Being that first connection for someone who’s scared or unsure it’s powerful,” Stacie said. “You can show them they’re safe and supported, and that this place is different. That connection can change everything.”
Stacie’s new role will focus on empowering and supporting The Bridge’s staff. Her passion for people and her desire to foster a culture of compassion will continue to play a vital role in the organization’s growth.
“Watching our team grow has been one of the best parts of this journey,” Stacie added. “People here care about the work, the clients, and each other. That’s what makes The Bridge so special.”
Now, as she steps into her new HR role, Stacie will continue to support the heart of The Bridge in a new way helping staff feel empowered, valued, and connected. It’s a transition that aligns perfectly with her passion for people and her desire to make a difference.
