Tabitha’s Britany Kalkwarf Honored With Excellence in Care & Service Award

Tabitha (Tabitha.org) in Crete Resident Assistant Britany Kalkwarf was honored with LeadingAge Nebraska’s 2017 Excellence in Care and Service Award at LeadingAge Nebraska’s annual Spring Conference in Kearney. This award is given to someone who embodies remarkable commitment to seniors.

Kalkwarf has been a nurse aide at Tabitha in Crete—Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care for the past six years. “Britany is a compassionate, reliable team player who wholeheartedly embraces Tabitha’s mission to deliver industry-leading quality care to older adults,” Tabitha in Crete Administrator Sherri Due said. “She goes above and beyond by taking on overtime shifts and volunteering to support Tabitha by participating in life enrichment and community activities. The residents she cares for come first, and they love her dedication. Tabitha is extremely fortunate to have Britany on our team.”
