Talent Plus® (www.talentplus.com ) has acquired TalentMine®, a performance-based talent assessment system that assists health care companies to select and engage talent optimizing patient service, quality, safety and efficiency. In addition, Healthcare Practice Director and Client Lead Christian Zoucha has joined Talent Plus as full-time associate.
Zoucha has been responsible for new product development, training and client management. Leading a portfolio of health care provider solutions, Zoucha will continue to work with TalentMine’s health care clients from implementation through the duration of their partnerships. Her experience and core focus in serving health care organizations offers her the advantage of understanding the unique needs and demands of both clients and candidates in the health care industry. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as well.
