UNICO-Midlands LLC has named Kevin Harrington as the director of worksite development.
In his new role, Harrington will be responsible for spearheading a team of professionals that will help direct employers to strategically integrate worksite and voluntary insurance products along with focusing on assisting employees to navigate the health insurance landscape.
Before joining UNICO-Midlands, Harrington was the VP of voluntary development for Swartzbaugh-Farber and Associates Inc. He is currently on numerous boards for local and national civic organizations. Harrington graduated from Minot State College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, and a master’s degree in human communication from Eastern Washington University.
