Union Agency welcomes Marcia Spieker as Senior Account Manager.
Spieker has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. For the last seventeen years, she has worked as an Account Executive for one of Nebraska’s largest insurance agencies handling accounts of all sizes. In her new role as Senior Account Manager, Spieker will be responsible for assisting producers, implementing policies and procedures, contractual risk transfer, risk analysis, risk assessment design, policy analysis, research of emerging insurance issues, assist in alternative risk finance and provide ongoing training to internal staff.
Spieker has served the community as a Board of Director of the Open Door Mission in Omaha and served as a volunteer in many non-profits. She is currently involved with the Haku Baldwin Center which uses horses as therapy for Autistic and challenged children.
