Union Bank & Trust (UBT) (ubt.com) recently hired Leslie Draper as Vice President – Relationship Manager in the bank’s Retirement Plan Services (RPS) department.
Draper brings 18 years of retirement plan industry experience to her role at UBT, where she’ll serve as the primary contact for retirement plan administrators, working closely with them on plan design, regulatory requirements, investment options, retirement readiness and education coordination, tax filing, and ensuring satisfaction and success.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in education and human science, Draper has also earned the QKA designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. She’s a lifelong member of First Presbyterian Church, where she’s participated in numerous community outreach events, in addition to her involvement in Sunday School and Vacation Bible School activities.
