Union Bank & Trust Promotes Dinger, Gutschenritter and Sweigard

Union Bank & Trust (www.ubt.com) recently promoted Stephanie Dinger to Vice President of Small Business Banking, Stacy Gutschenritter to Assistant Vice President – Relationship and Education Manager, and Nicole Sweigard to Vice President – UNL.

Dinger joined Union Bank in 2003 as a Full-Time Teller and has held numerous positions, most recently as Vice President – Customer Service. In her new role as Vice President of Small Business Banking, she is responsible for creating a small business banking department at UBT to help serve business customers more efficiently. She will be responsible for all aspects of the Small Business Banking department including products, processes, and customer relationships. Dinger attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2003.

Gutschenritter joined Union Bank in 1993 and has held positions in Customer Service and Consumer Lending, most recently holding the position of Trust Officer & Education Manager within Retirement Plan Services. In her role as Assistant Vice President – Relationship and Education Manager, Gutschenritter will be responsible for managing the Financial Education Consultant Team and serve as the relationship manager for company sponsored retirement plan customers. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1996 with a degree in Business Administration.

Sweigard has been with Union Bank for eight years and held the previous positions of Financial Wellness Educator in Retirement Plan Services and most recently as the Business Development Manager at UNL. In her expanded role at UNL, she will oversee all UBT activities with the University including the UNL branch, developing and implementing outreach strategies, growth plans and working with the faculty and staff on campus. Sweigard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Bemidji State University.
