West Gate Bank’s Board of Directors named Tim Dahl Senior Vice President at their June meeting.
Tim Dahl, Senior Vice President, has been Director of Information Technologies at West Gate Bank since 2002. Dahl has over 30 years of experience in the IT area and has worked in Omaha and Lincoln during his career. As Senior Vice President and Director of IT, Dahl manages all IT services for West Gate Bank.
Dahl began his career in Iowa and worked on one of the navigation systems for the NASA Space Shuttle program. He worked for Unisys for 18 years before moving to West Gate Bank in 2002 where he has built and expanded the bank’s IT department. Dahl was integral in the design of the hardware solution for the bank’s expansion in 2004 with the addition of the West Gate Bank Center.
Dahl has been active in his support of Lincoln Literacy Council, the Lincoln Paint-A-Thon, and Junior Achievement fundraising activities.
