Chad Aldrich had ten years of pre-engineered building experience working from the manufacturing, design, and sales side before joining TCW Construction. TCW Construction is a general contractor offering pre-engineered (Butler Building Dealer) and commercial building construction, all types of concrete work including street, utility installation, and concrete crushing. TCW also does several projects for Army Corps of Engineers a year, some of which are a Sediment Trap for the new lake in Wahoo, building levees, and other miscellaneous building and dirt projects. Chad now works for the construction side of the TCW Construction and is involved in concrete work. He has also managed a variety of projects, facing challenges such as meeting deadlines and staying on budget in a tight market. TCW Construction has been named a Million Dollar Builder by the buildings division of Butler Manufacturing Company, one of 100 out of 1,200 builders to earn this honor.

Tell me a little about your family? – I have been married to a wonderful wife Christina of 12 years. I have two great kids, Chase is 8 and Chloe is 4.

What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – Having our first child as everything in your life changes. As of professionally, I’m still young and have a lot work to do yet so ask me this in 10 to 15 years.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – I love being out on the golf course. I also like to ride ATV’s and hunt with my son. I also race vintage stock cars with my dad and brother around the region.

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know? – My mom is 1 of 11 children in her family & I am the oldest of 45 grandchildren.  Family gatherings are large, crazy, & fun.

What are you the most proud of? – My immediate and extended family of over 90 people with all my uncles, aunts, and cousins as they are great and we have a lot of fun and a good time together in anything we do.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? – One of my first projects the owner of the project asked me at the end if I made money on this project. I was nervous as to what to say but I told him yes I did and he said great because he doesn’t like to do business with a loser. This has stuck with me all this time.

What is the one goal you would most like to accomplish? – I would like to continue seek out new business opportunities in the Lincoln community.

How would your friends describe you? – Having a sense of humor, friendly, driven, and honest.

What is your greatest talent that you don’t utilize in your daily work life? – Artistic ability.

Which talent would you most like to have? – I would like to learn to play the guitar or have more talent for classic car auto restoration.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? – I would like to be in better shape.

What is your favorite book or the last good book you read? – The books I read to my daughter before bedtime or car, motorcycle and golf magazines.

What is your favorite movie? – Goodwill Hunting
