Delta Restoration Services Hosts Grand Opening Celebration for New Lincoln Location
Delta Restoration Services® (deltalincolnsenebraska.com), a nationally-recognized and award-winning franchise brand that provides restoration services to commercial and residential properties, has opened a new location in Lincoln at 2004 SW 5th St., STE C.
A grand opening celebration was held on September 26 featuring an open house and a ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.
The launch event included remarks from Delta Restoration’s Director of Franchise Field Operations Jeff Cohen who spent the week leading up to the grand opening coaching the Lincoln team. Also in attendance was Delta Restoration Founder and President Mike Mastous and Harris Research Inc Field Operations Coach Shawn Rodeback. Both Mike and Shawn addressed attendees and officially welcomed Jeff’s wife Sandy and son Connor to the Delta Restoration team.
Sandy and Connor were presented with Delta Academy of Restoration Certificates of Training and a “Money Tree” to signify the anticipated growth and prosperity of the new Delta Restoration franchise in Lincoln.
The Carstens have owned and operated a thriving Chem-Dry® Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning franchise in the region since 1987 and are members of the company’s prestigious Presidents Club, which recognizes the top 10% of Chem-Dry operators nationally. Jeff has also owned N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Lincoln since 2009.
