Immanuel is excited to announce the opening of the first PACE Center in the state of Nebraska. The Immanuel Pathways PACE Center, located at 5755 Sorensen Parkway, opened their doors in Omaha on May 1st. The official ribbon cutting ceremony on May 7th welcomed Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman, Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle, Omaha Chamber President David Brown and approximately one hundred and fifty special guests, family and friends.
PACE, which stands for Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, provides the complete range of health and wellness care to individuals who are age 55 or older. The PACE program is a comprehensive health care services plan that includes physicians, nurses, therapists, personal care aides, social workers and other professionals to oversee all aspects of the participant’s needs and care.
