Strictly Business Lincoln was founded in 1993. In September of 2007, Strictly Business Omaha was launched. The two magazines follow the same format, have the same goals, and involve much of the same staff. Strictly Business is a direct-mailed news and marketing magazine. The publication contains vital Lincoln business information and is mailed into the hands of nearly every CEO, business owner, and key executive in the city. With a 2-3 month shelf life, your ad, article, and press release get seen for a much longer period of time than other advertising mediums. Over 10,000 copies of Strictly Business Lincoln are mailed in the Lincoln area each month and over 15,000 copies of Strictly Business Omaha are mailed to Omaha and surrounding areas each month. With a large pass-along readership, it is estimated that an average of five businesspeople read each copy of Strictly Business.

As a news source, Strictly Business magazine supplies the area with relevant and current business information.  If you want to keep up with Lincoln and Omaha’s business community, you need to read Strictly Business. Personnel changes or additions, information on new businesses, columns written by prominent area business people, profiles on important people in our community, and features on subjects relevant to current business today are just some of the areas covered in Strictly Business. We also offer the unique opportunity for advertisers to take part in our articles and special features. When an article is featured that pertains to specific advertisers, they get the chance to help write the story and to advertise around that story.

As an advertising tool, Strictly Business is unique by giving you precise targeting and a guaranteed total business market coverage. This method has been proven very successful for advertisers. The magazine is also an excellent tool to increase your visibility in the Lincoln area, whether you are trying to gain more clients or not.

Meet the Staff!

Paige Zutavern
President/Founder

Paige Zutavern has been part of Strictly Business since day one and today serves as President, leading sales, community engagement, and overall operations across the Lincoln and Omaha markets. Raised on a ranch in Nebraska’s Sandhills, Paige brings a strong work ethic and a deep commitment to local business. She studied at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and Lincoln, then began her career at Gallup—an experience she credits for much of her business discipline and client-first approach.

Seeing an opportunity to serve the business community in a bigger way, Paige and her husband, Shayne, launched Strictly Business from scratch. The early years required grit and perseverance, but their focus on results, relationships, and integrity helped the magazine grow into a trusted platform for regional business. For more than 30 years, Paige has championed entrepreneurs and nonprofits alike—especially through the magazine’s Non-Profit, Women Owned, and Veteran Owned Features, which spotlights organizations that make Lincoln and Omaha stronger.

Paige and her high-school sweetheart, Shayne, live in Lincoln with their two sons, Schyler and Zane.

Paige can be reached at (402) 466-3330 or via email at, paige@strictlybusinessomaha.com.

Tea Ilic
Art Director/Office Manager

Strictly Business would like to welcome Tea Ilic as our newest Art Director and Office Manager. Tea’s passion for art and storytelling began at a young age, and as an immigrant, her diverse background gives her a unique perspective that she brings into every project. She believes design is all about creating meaningful connections and takes pride in work that resonates with others.

Tea attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln, graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design. She was selected as a UCARE research student at UNL. Through this year-long research program, she had the opportunity to collaborate with her professor and present her work to faculty and peers, an experience that further strengthened her creativity and love for collaboration.

When she’s not in the office, Tea enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Whether it’s gaming with loved ones, traveling to new places, or exploring hidden gems around town, she loves making memories and trying new things. Tea is always up for an adventure, whether it’s something big, like a trip abroad. Or something small, like discovering a new restaurant or hobby to enjoy with the people closest to her.

Tea shared, “I feel so lucky to be part of the Strictly Business team. I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and finding fun new ways to connect with our clients and community. Building relationships and creating something meaningful together is what makes this role so special to me.”

Tea can be reached at (402) 466-3330 or via email at artdirector@strictlybusinessomaha.com.

Macey Wahl
Editor

Strictly Business would like to welcome Macey Wahl to the team and the newest Editor. Macey brings a passion for writing, along with accurate and effective awareness for local businesses and nonprofits.

Macey is a 2025 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating with a Bachelors of Journalism (majoring in Advertising and Public Relations). She recently started this position in May as an intern and copywriter but was quickly promoted to Editor. She plans to use the multimedia skills taught to her by the College of Journalism and Mass Communications to add her mark on the publication.

Along with her passion for writing, she is invested in creating genuine, productive and long-term relationships with clients to achieve mutual goals. She leads a team of copywriters to help create and edit content for both the print publication along with the digital website.

Originally from Omaha, she grew up traveling with her family along with forging lifelong friendships. Currently, she lives in Lincoln with her best friends and works at Zipline Tap & Grill as a bartender and server.

“The majority of my work experience stems from the restaurant industry; people don’t realize how many skills you acquire working in a high stress and fast-paced industry that can be transferred to any job”, Macey says.

From customer relations to time management, she credits her fast productivity and attention to detail to the years of exceptional service she has given customers.

“I didn’t realize how many skills I already had for this job. I wasn’t expecting to be an Editor at this age, but Paige put her faith in me and I have put my all into this job! I’m pumped and ready to push out high quality content for all our wonderful clients and readers.”

Macey can be reached at (402) 466-3330 or at editor@strictlybusinessomaha.com.
