The Friends of the Lied Center are proud to announce their 12th Biennial “Emerald Nights” Gala to be held on Saturday, February 8. This stately event features dinner, dancing and a silent auction starting with cocktails at 6:00 PM and dinner at 7:00 PM on the Lied Center’s Main Stage. Fundraising efforts for the Lied Center include a silent auction and raffle of various donated items including a trip for two to Monterey, CA, a stunning pendant necklace from Borsheims, and a 40” flat screen television from Schaefer’s. Raffle tickets for the event are currently on sale for $10 and can be purchased from Friends of Lied board members or at the event. The silent auction will feature various items and experiences including jewelry designed by Kerri Kliewer, a catered dinner from Tastefully Yours, a suite at the Grande Manse in Downtown Lincoln, and VIP accommodations for an entire evening including a limousine ride, dinner, wine, and tickets to a Lied Center performance for six. The proceeds of this event will benefit Lied Center Programming, Educational Outreach and underserved Nebraska populations.
