The Lincoln Human Resource Management Association (LHRMA) has announced their March meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 11th at Lincoln Firefighters’ Reception Hall.  This will be a luncheon from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., and will feature dynamic roundtable discussions about The Employee Life Cycle.  Topics include:  Identifying Mental Health Issues, Managing Workplace Conflict, Wellness ideas on a low budget, Effective Onboarding, Best practices dealing with generational differences, and Workplace recognition and terminations.

All members of the community are invited to attend LHRMA meetings.  Registration can be completed online, with a deadline of Friday, March 7th.

LHRMA provides Human Resource Management professionals the opportunity to interchange ideas, experiences, and practices while promoting professional ethics and acquaintanceship. The organization is comprised of 400 HR professionals from the greater Lincoln area and welcomes new members.
